Constructional Safety, Health & Environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety inductions
• Identify hazards and follow up corrective actions
• Support incident investigations and reporting
• Coordinate with contractors to implement SHE procedures and Permit to Work standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in SHE for construction projects
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations
• Certification in AK3 Umum, ISO 45001, or similar is a plus
• Strong communication and attention to detail
