Construction Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operatives ( Multi Carpenter / Multi Plumber) to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering London . The roles are offering a salary of up to £38,000 per annum.

Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across various London boroughs.

Location

• London (across multiple boroughs)

Working hours

• 08:00am – 17:00pm

• Up to 7 jobs per day

Duties include

• Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties

• Completing carpentry or plumbing works along with associated multi-trade tasks

• Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents

• Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work
