Construction Team Leader

If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Construction Team Leader within our Civils Construction team, which provides a vital in‑house design and build service that helps to ensure we construct and maintain effective water and sewerage assets for Wessex Water.

What you'll do

As a Construction Team Leader you will be responsible for leading operatives carrying out construction site activities, including excavations, pipe‑laying, operating plant, general groundworks and concreting.

You will do this as instructed by the site management team to ensure that all works are completed and compliant with company policies and procedures.

You will attend and participate in team briefs, safety updates and workplace communications to ensure the works are carried out safely and to the best possible standard.
