CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Identify unsafe practices and take corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders on site matters.
• Ensure proper deployment and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
