Mills Construction is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects in the Brookings area (within 75 miles). This is a hands‑on role —you’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and help drive work forward on-site.
Manage day‑to‑day construction operations
Lead field crews
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain project schedules and quality standards
6+ years of construction experience
Experience with commercial, wood, and steel construction
Ability to read plans and manage jobsite operations
PTO + Paid Holidays
Bonus & Profit Sharing
Per diem for travel (20+ miles)
