Job Description Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule Liaise with subcontractors, workers, and project stakeholders Monitor work progress and report to Project Manager Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company safety policies Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments Identify unsafe practices and implement corrective actions Enforce use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings Assist in incident investigation and reporting Maintain proper site records (daily reports, safety checklists, permits) Ensure all workers have valid certifications and permits Liaise with relevant authorities when required Support audits and inspections Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision Possess valid
