Take charge of construction excellence as a Site Superintendent with Wright Construction in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, including traveling across Western Canada. Spearhead project execution to meet timelines and budgets effectively.
Wright Construction seeks an experienced Site Superintendent focused on supervising site crews while ensuring projects adhere to quality and safety regulations. This full-time position requires strong leadership and project management skills to coordinate effectively with teams and subcontractors, ensuring successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Supervise the activities of site subcontractors and staff
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC and safety procedures
• Develop a team-oriented culture while enforcing policies
• Manage day-to-day field activities efficiently
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License essential
• Ten years minimum in the construction field
