**Job Description**

This role leads multiple commercial construction projects in the Des Moines, IA area, including remodels, retrofits, tenant improvements, and ground-up builds. The superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The position offers the opportunity to build out a new market, contribute to the development of a local division, and grow into leadership as the operation expands.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, including remodels, tenant improvements, retrofits, and new construction within an approximately 80-mile radius of Des Moines.
