Essel is looking for a construction Superintendent with experience managing mid to large scale projects.
The Superintendent will lead multiple projects in the following sectors:
+ Colleges / Universities
+ K-12 Construction w/ DSA oversight
+ Misc. specialized sectors (OSHPD, etc.)
Duties will include but not limited to:
+ Review plans and specs to ensure accuracy, prepare General Conditions, and
establish baseline schedules for each subcontractor or self-performing team
+ Track project costs and complete project all change management, RFIs, and owner pay applications
