Construction Superintendent

Large GC specialzing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project in New Jersey & surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate Tool Box Talks, as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
