Our client, a leading commercial construction organization, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join their team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be part of the department supporting project execution and site management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Phoenix, Arizona

**Pay Range:** $90,000 - $160,000 base plus bonus

**What's the Job?**

+ Coordinate all daily operations, forecasting next steps, and maintaining jobsite and equipment readiness.
+ Monitor and track Assistant Superintendent/Field Engineer activities to ensure smooth progress.
