Construction Superintendent (Occasional Travel)

Job Description
Based out of Columbus, OH, this is a partial traveling role with the opportunity to join a growing team in central Ohio. While traveling, all travel and lodging expenses covered. Per diem is provided, and employees return home every other weekend
Responsibilities

+ Provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors.

+ Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance.

+ Ensure contractors complete work on schedule.

+ Communicate daily status of current projects to the Project Manager to ensure all projects are timely and within company standards.

+ Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.

+ Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements.

+ Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process.

+ Review all material submittals for compliance with plans.
