Summary:Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial retail construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Travel:Initial projects are based in Las Cruces, NM; thereafter, 90-100% nationwide travel is required.

Licensing/Certification Requirements:

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

+ Hold an active Qualifying Party Certificate issued by the New Mexico Construction Industries Division (CID) as a General Building Contractor; or

+ Have successfully passed the NASCLA (National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies) examination.
