Construction Superintendent

Large GC looking for Site Superintendents for Large Affordable Multifamily Construction Renovations in Chicago, IL. Projects starting in 2025.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate Tool Box Talks, as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications...
