Construction Superintendent (Hiring Immediately)

They have been in business 45+ years, and do almost 100% negotiated work in commercial, retail, multifamily, office, and industrial.

Due to growth they need to add a Superintendent to lead and manage a $25M project in Kendall, Florida.

Below are the requirements for this role:

· 10+ years' experience in general contracting working on wide variety of project types

· A team builder and team player

· Experience building commercial projects in the $10M-$50M range
