As a Construction Superintendent with SERVPRO of Beaumont, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction
  • Compile and resolve punch list items.
  • Perform final walk-through with customer.
  • Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer.
• Customer Communication
  • Conduct pre-construction meeting with customer.
  • Provide project update (daily narrative) to customers and clients.
• Construction Management
  • Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
