MJ Hughes Construction is a Heavy Civil General Contractor. While we have a diverse range of self‑perform scopes, we specialize in structural concrete and related means and methods. Our primary clients are governmental entities such as State and Federal DOTs, BOR and USACE. Experience with these entities and scopes is required for this position.

Position Overview

The Construction Superintendent will lead and manage the on‑site construction team, oversee all work on site, and coordinate all activities of a construction site according to project plans and specifications. Superintendents will work with project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foreman, Field Personnel, and other office departments to deliver successful projects to owners on time and on budget with the desired level of quality. Superintendents must be able to travel as needed for projects and be flexible to work various schedules.
