Construction Site Safety Engineer

China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC) is a world-renowned international contractor and a leading provider of comprehensive services across the entire industry chain for both public and private sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Safety Engineer to join our Kouvola project, work location in Kouvola. In this role, you will work closely with the site safety manager and responsible for ensuring occupational health and safety compliance on construction sites in Kouvola. The role ensures that all site activities comply with Finnish Occupational Safety and Health legislations, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act (738/2002) and Government Decree on Safety in Construction Work (205/2009). The role promotes a strong safety culture and works closely with the safety manager, site management, contractors, and authorities to prevent accidents and occupational health risks.
