The role involves integrating manpower loading, material procurement, submittals, prefabrication activities, and subcontractor schedules into master project schedules, ensuring the seamless progression of construction timelines.
Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain CPM schedules for preconstruction and active projects.

+ Integrate manpower loading, material procurement, submittals, prefabrication activities, and subcontractor schedules into master project schedules.

+ Update schedules based on field progress and verify logic, durations, and sequencing accuracy.

+ Perform schedule QA/QC reviews and health checks to ensure logic integrity and constructability.

+ Track critical milestones and overall progress against baseline schedules...
