Construction Sales Support Estimator - OKC

Job Description
A client in the OKC area is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Support Estimator to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the sales process by translating customer needs and field assessments into accurate, high-quality technical estimates and proposals. Partnering closely with Account Executives, the Sales Support Estimator serves as a key technical advisor from initial discovery through proposal delivery.

What You’ll Do:
Partner with Account Executives to scope projects and support active proposals
Conduct site walks to capture notes, photos, drawings, and technical requirements
Analyze plans and site conditions to design moderate-complexity system solutions
Build technical BOMs by selecting components, assigning labor, and pricing projects
Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and proposal documentation
Support RFIs/RFPs and coordinate shop drawings and technical documentation
