This individual will own a local territory and drive new business through high-activity, in-person prospecting. The role is ideal for a hunter-style salesperson who thrives in face-to-face interactions, understands the value of pipeline development and follow-up, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. Day-to-Day:

Spend a majority of the time at Construction sites
Spend 80–85% of time face-to-face with prospects
Use email outreach for 15–20% follow-up activity
Identify, engage, and meet with business decision makers
