Job Title: Construction Project Superintendent
Job DescriptionOversee daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Lead site logistics, inspections, and short-term scheduling. Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety policies. Coordinate with project managers, owners, inspectors, and design partners. Track progress, manpower, and productivity using construction management software. Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and field documentation. Lead punch list and closeout efforts through final inspections and occupancy.
