We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.

+ Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

+ Lead site logistics, inspections, and short-term scheduling.

+ Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety policies.

+ Coordinate with project managers, owners, inspectors, and design partners.

+ Track progress, manpower, and productivity using construction management software.

+ Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and field documentation.

+ Lead punch list and closeout efforts through final inspections and occupancy.
