Construction Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead day to day field operations on commercial and/or multifamily construction projects in New Jersey, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

About the Role

The Project Superintendent is the primary on site leader responsible for coordinating all field activities, managing subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and serving as the main liaison between the project team, inspectors, and ownership. You will work closely with the Project Manager and office staff to execute the project plan, maintain project documentation, and proactively resolve issues in the field.
