Project Experience:

• 
  

  Ground-up commercial construction experience required

• 
  

  Diverse background in industrial, healthcare, multifamily, mixed-use, higher education, or large commercial projects

• 
  

  Experience managing projects $30M–$80M+ preferred

• 
  

  Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and client management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  Base salary ranging from $120K–$165K+ DOE
