Paul Davis Restoration of Portland / Vancouver is seeking a Restoration to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for driving projects forward—coordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.


This position is ideal for a construction professional who takes pride in ownership, values clear communication, and performs well in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus performance-based commissions.
