• 7+ years of PM experience working on Construction Projects
• Needs to have Mechanical/MEP construction experience working with HVAC construction
• Knowledgeable working with BIM (Building Information Models)/purchase orders/working with the purchasing department
• Experience working with subcontractors

• OSHA 10 or 30
