Construction Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and technical expertise to successfully manage projects up to $15M.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage all phases of projects, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, and execution

+ Develop, review, and approve project budgets (labor, materials, subcontractors)

+ Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships

+ Oversee project financials to ensure profitability and positive cash flow

+ Lead project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders

+ Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports and accurate financial projections

+ Evaluate construction methods, timelines, and resource allocation

+ Approve subcontractor and supplier invoices
