Key Responsibilities

Site Monitoring & Inspections

• Oversee principal contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with programme, safety rules, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and take corrective actions where needed.
• Manage site access and assist in resolving on-site issues promptly.

Reporting & Communication

• Act as the main liaison between client and contractor.
• Provide clear, professional weekly reports and maintain detailed project logs.
