Construction Project Manager
Location: Dripping Springs, TX
Salary: $60,000 base + quarterly bonuses (average total compensation ~$80,000/year)
Employment Type: 1099
Our client is a well-established design and installation firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial window treatments. They are seeking a Project Manager who can oversee full-cycle project management, from contract to completion, while ensuring accuracy in orders, pricing, and communication with clients and general contractors.
What you'll be doing:
Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling and coordination.
Oversee installers and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all jobs.
Communicate regularly with General Contractors and internal teams.
Handle administrative responsibilities related to project setup, ordering, and documentation.
