Construction Project Manager

Our client in the Anchorage, AK location is currently hiring a Construction Project Manager (Owner’s Rep) to support vertical building construction projects across Alaska. This opportunity supports an Anchorage-based project team delivering technically complex projects, with a strong focus on healthcare and institutional facilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction project manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is interested in growing into leadership within a unique and technically challenging construction market.
Pay: $101,000 – $120,000 annually
Location: Anchorage, AK
Onsite in Anchorage is highly preferred - Candidates based in Seattle, WA may be considered if they have 5+ years of Alaska project experience; periodic travel to Alaska is required for non-Anchorage-based candidates
Schedule: Standard Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
