Experience: Minimum -6-10 years

Location: Chennai

Reports to: Project Manager

Salary: 5-7 lakhs CTC (per annum)

Job Description:

• To Plan, supervise, and execute projects with good communication skills.
• To handle the projects and finish independently as per client's and Management's expectations.
• This job majorly involves field/ site work.

Requirements:

• Should be willing to go and stay near or at the Project sites anywhere in India.
• Must have knowledge of all site activities, i.E., Civil, Interior finishing, Electrical, painting, plumbing, tiling, and carpentry tasks.
• Must have your own two-wheeler and a valid driving license is required. (Petrol allowance will be provided).

Role:

• Assume responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the projects
