A. Technical & Execution Excellence
- Deep expertise in MIVAN shuttering system (end-to-end lifecycle)
- Strong understanding of RCC construction, high-rise execution, and finishing cycles
- Ability to drive speed + quality simultaneously (critical in MIVAN projects)
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, cycle time optimization, and pour planning
B. Multi-Project Management
- Proven ability to handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously
- Strong grip on project interdependencies, escalation management, and prioritization
- Ability to build centralized control systems (dashboards, MIS, trackers)
C. Planning & Control
- Expertise in:
- Project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project)
