Construction Project Coordinator M/F

Carmacks, in partnership with Peters Bros., is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for Highway North (including Alaska highway) & East Pine Quarry. What is the role? Reporting to the Dawson Creek General Manager, Highways Division, contributes to the goals and profits of the company by supporting the Project Management team. Building roads with primarily paving works. Work primarily with field Superintendent and Project Manager by providing assistance as required. This position is based in Dawson Creek, 50% in the office and 50% at site which is required to be often at the project during the production season.

Duties and responsibilities

Track and reconcile materials supplied and delivered

Manage and track truck haul tickets and summarize using spreadsheets

Maintain daily and weekly inventory balances for pits, stockpiles, transfers, and job consumption
