Construction Project Coordinator M/F

Carmacks, in partnership with Peters Bros., is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for Highway North (including Alaska highway) & East Pine Quarry.

What is the role?

Reporting to the Dawson Creek General Manager, Highways Division, this position supports the Project Management team in building roads through primarily paving works. The individual works closely with the field Superintendent and Project Manager, providing assistance as required. The role is based in Dawson Creek, split 50% in the office and 50% on site during the production season.

Duties and responsibilities

• Track and reconcile materials supplied and delivered.
• Manage and track truck haul tickets and summarize using spreadsheets.
• Maintain daily and weekly inventory balances for pits, stockpiles, transfers, and job consumption.
