Carmacks, in partnership with Peters Bros, is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for Highway South & Recycling HIP.
What is the role? Reporting to the Construction Manager, Highways Division, the role contributes to the goals and profits of the company by supporting the Project Management team. The Coordinator assists in building roads primarily with paving works and recycling, working closely with the field Superintendent and Project Manager to provide assistance as required. This position is based in Penticton: 50% in the office and 50% at the site, which often requires on‑site presence during the production season.
Duties And Responsibilities Are
Track and reconcile materials supplied and delivered
Manage and track truck haul tickets and summarize using spreadsheets
Maintain daily and weekly inventory balances for pits, stockpiles, transfers, and job consumption
Reconcile scale tickets, haul sheets, and production logs; invest...
