Carmacks, in partnership with Peters Bros, is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for Highway South & Recycling HIP.
What is the role? Reporting to the Construction Manager, Highways Division, contributes to the goals and profits of the company by supporting the Project Management team. Building roads with primarily paving works and recycling. Work primarily with field Superintendent and Project Manager by providing assistance as required. This position is based in Penticton, 50% in the office and 50% at site which is required to be often at the project during the production season.
Duties and responsibilities are
Track and reconcile materials supplied and delivered
Manage and track truck haul tickets and summarize using spreadsheets
Maintain daily and weekly inventory balances for pits, stockpiles, transfers, and job consumption.
Reconcile scale tickets, haul sheets, and production logs; investigate discrepancies proactively.
