Construction Project Architect

Job Requirements.

• Must have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience related to the job
• Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Must be a Licensed Architect
• Must have experience in a construction set-up.
• Knowledgeable in Construction Software, such as ProCore
• With experience handling high-rise residential buildings, hotels, Commercial, and BPO projects
• Experience in preparing reports, monitoring, and presentations.
• Experience in Schedule Management.
• The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in a night shift set-up.
• Must be willing to work in Boracay, Aklan.
