**What You'll Do**

+ prepare, review, and process vendor and subcontractor billings in compliance with terms of MSA and related SOW
+ maintain accurate project costs and reports
+ assist various project managers with proposal estimation, change orders, budget updates, forecasting, and cost analysis
+ oversee processing of subcontractor invoices, verifying lien waivers and other compliance documentation
