Construction procurement manager

We are seeking a skilled
Construction Procurement Manager
to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials for our civil and building sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, reducing procurement costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Manage and maintain accurate purchasing records, including requisitions, orders, and delivery tracking.
Prepare management reports and cost analyses; ensure invoices are properly allocated and tracked.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate orders to replenish stock when necessary.
Conduct supplier research through trade publications, online sources, and exhibitions.
Evaluate and interview prospective suppliers to assess pricing, terms, and product quality.
Develop comparison spreadsheets to support supplier and product decision‑making.
