Construction Manager/Estimator needed to lead a passionate construction team for a highly reputable plumbing company based in Southern Tasmania

The Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of mid to large construction projects. We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager/Estimator that is capable of managing both the strategic commercial planning.

Key Responsibilities Include:

The successful candidate will be accountable for the following strategic areas:

• Execute pre-tender site meetings, prepare and finalise tenders, and negotiate contracts, ensuring all project objectives are clearly defined.
• Direct and manage project development from inception to conclusion. This includes planning timelines and milestones, reviewing costs against tender pricing, and proactively seeking cost-saving opportunities.
