What we are looking for:

Aldridge is looking for a Construction Manager to manage and control profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the business plan (budget) for our utility division.

What you’ll do:

+ Actively participate in division planning and perform other corporate leadership tasks as assigned by the team.

+ Hold accountability for execution, operations and completion of assigned contracts.

+ Provide operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers.

+ Contribute to management meetings, project-planning meetings, project execution and project closure meetings.

+ Promote and assimilate the company’s strategic plan throughout the field and project management personnel.

Who you are:

+ Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction market.
