Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project (MSP) and general computer software; knowledge of Autocad and BIM software.
• Willing to be assigned to Tuguegarao City.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Comfortable reading and understanding PDF and CAD drawings
• Hands‑on knowledge of necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
• English proficiency at a business level (both written and oral)

Relevant Experience / Knowledge

• 5‑6 years of experience in project management within ground‑up building construction and high‑end commercial interior fit‑out.
