Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
Advanced studies in Engineering is an advantage but not required
At least 6 years related work experience (land development, road and bridges)
COSH Certificate is an advantage but not required
Has excellent English writing and grammar skills, and can write concisely, clearly and logically.
Ability to establish a team effort that promotes working towards a common goal
Identifies complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
