Construction Manager

We are urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager (owner side) for the construction of 2 industrial buildings (steel and concrete structure) provided with testing facilities and laboratories.

Essential duties:

• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the construction project from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, budget, quality and safety.
• Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules
• Manage and provide direction to contractors, subcontractors, and vendors involved with the contruction activities.
• Be a partner with Internal Cross Functional Partners to build a culture of collaboration
• Participation to site meetings with Client, Engineering Conpany and Subcontractors
• Liaison to local engineering team in case of variation orders, constructability reviews or non-conformances
