Key Accountabilities

•Manage all aspects of construction project at the project site including budgets and schedules.Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed and maintained.•Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables for any scope of work not included in the EPC contract•Interpret and understand the main EPC contract and technical information to work with main contractor through commercial operation•Report work progress and budget matters to management via standard processes and procedures•Collaborate with engineers, contractors and the operations team at site (if applicable)•Work with main EPC contractor to understand schedule and justify percent complete•Understand and approve monthly invoices from the EPC contractor for payment.Communicate with executive management using weekly and monthly reports•Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems and coordinate with Owner’s Engineers to answer any RF...
