The Construction Manager leads new builds, renovations, and expansions of large-scale fulfillment and industrial facilities across the United States, with a focus on retrofit, expansion, and initiative projects. To be considered, you must have a proven track record of managing projects with a minimum size of 150,000 square feet and budgets of approximately $20 million or more.

This role oversees all aspects of preconstruction, including design, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
