Atlantis RH is seeking for a client, International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, a Construction Manager (H/F) in Athenes.



Working on design and build projects, your role is to guide the construction step to success. Your main missions are:



  • Being the principal client and subcontractors interlocutor for the works

  • Coordinating the construction work with our on-site engineers and our subcontractors

  • Managing all internal project stakeholders

  • Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning

  • Driving financial and timing aspects of the construction side
