Construction Manager

Job Summary

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for a Construction Manager. The role takes full responsibility of the assigned project from client consultant relationship, profit and loss, construction sequences, motivation and leadership, planning, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractor management, long lead follow‑ups, conflict management, monthly presentation with forecast, risk management and change order control.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility of the profit and loss of the assigned projects and own the budget relative to the program, costs, variations, EOTs, etc.
• Build strategic relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring repeat business and achieving a satisfaction index of at least 70% in the post‑hand‑over customer satisfaction survey.
• Show leadership and showcase team leader skills.
• Develop subordinates by educating them periodically.
