Job Description
As a Construction Manager, you will manage new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the United States. You will ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of design, scheduling, and budgeting to guarantee on-time delivery while coordinating risk mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities

+ Manage Preconstruction for retrofit, expansion, and initiative industrial building projects/programs.

+ Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project/program progress.

+ Ensure compliance with design criteria, spending, and transaction policies.

+ Influence cross-functional stakeholders and prepare reports for upper management regarding project/program status.
